Welcome to iboats!

go to mercurypartsexpress.com for a schematic. You will need the serial # for your motor.

Before you just start throwing seals at your lower unit, check which seal(s) are bad. Easiest way is to drop the l/u and fabricate an inflator. Use a new valve stem (couple bucks) and trim the end to fit tightly into either the fill or vent hole. Use a hand pump and inflate the l/u to 10 psi. DO NOT OVERINFLATE. Spray the lower unit down with soapy water and voilla, you'll find your leak.

Where you at in MN?

I will try that once it gets a little warmer out here. Orat least until the ground hardens a little so I can pull it out. I noticed it last fall when I drained all the oil out.
I am in St. Paul, near Indian Mounds Park.

Thanks for the link!
