Water in oil and exhaust manifold...HELP!!

Greetings everyone!! I had my boat out 2 weeks ago and it ran like crap....turned out the carb was flooding due to float pin shifting and float sitting crooked. This caused a bunch of gas into my oil. I changed the oil and filter and then couldn't get the boat to fire up for a day and a half. Went out the next morning and it fired right up. I now have water in the oil. I removed riser and saw water in manifold, so I removed the manifold and found about 2-3 cups of water. Any advice on how to proceed from here would be welcome and most appreciated!!

Replace the manifolds and risers quickly, get it running and change the oil/filter repeatedly until it runs clear. Biggest issue is if the exhaust valves rusted due to water which would show up on a compression test.

How was it winterized ? I assume this is a new issue and you've had the boat a while or did you just buy it?

Thanks for the quick response! I drained all water out of engine then filled back up with antifreeze. There was 2-3 cups of water in the exhaust manifold when I pulled it. Other than leaking riser and manifold,is there any other way fir the water to accumulate in the manifold? Looking in thru the oil fill hole the upper does not seem to have any of the bad oil in it yet.
