Hi to all , I'm new to iboats and also new to the boating community, so can someone please help , I just bought a 1986 sea ray seville with a mercruiser 3.0 140 hp took it for a spin in the intracoastal an it was really nice, took for another spin last week and when i came back home and check everything i discover this milky looking oil, so i start reading some of the post and what i found out wasn't looking good for me, now i try to start the engine with a hose conect it to it and see water coming out of the spark plug, by the way engine won't start , any help please they told me it could be a exhaust manifold that is crack. Thank you in advanced.

You should repost this in the I/O section. Those guys are experts on that motor. It sounds like a defective exhaust manifold, but it could be something worse.

I would drain the manifold and change the oil immediately.

Check the gasket seal for the lifters, I had the same problem, the head gasket was leaking and the water was escaping through there and entering through gasket seal for the lifters.
