I just purchased a 93 Crownline. Spent yesterday practicing trailering boat and had in the water only about 30 minutes. Was cleaning up last night and noticed that water was in the skiwell. There was approx .5" of water. Carpet is loose towards front of skiwell. Not a good way to start this new relationship. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks

Re: Water in Skiwell. HELP

A 93 model is one of the earlier Crownlines. Any chance that the water was in the ski locker before you launched? Any soft spots on the floor? I think some of the earlier Crowns had anchor lockers which drained into the bilge, possibly thru the ski locker. Someone on the Crownline owners forum may be able to help you more.
