I got the steering knuckle pressed out and replaced the bushing.It was easier than I thought it was going to be.Now for putting everything back together.I was wondering about he pins that hold the intermediate housing on.You must have to pound those in from the ouside in toward the helmet,correct?You can't get a swing at them if you go from the helmet side out.I'm hoping they go in easier than they came out.

I finially got time to work on my boat.Everything is back together and it seems to pump water fine.I will test it on the water when I get the chance,but I'm sure it is fine.Cant wait to hit Puget Sound next Summer into Fall for the salmon run.Just wanted to thank captmello and diesel 1960 for your help.You guys are great!!!!
