Water leak back of motor

I have a 1989 Johnson GT150. I noticed drops of water coming out of the back bottom of the motor under the cover. There is a large plate on the back with a gasket. I tightened some of the bolts and it slowed but did not stop. Is this something to worry about.<br />Thanks

Flat backs are notorius for leaking there droutte. You can let it leak or pull the cover and replace the gaskets. Few dribble drops won't hurt nothin'....just as long as it don't turn into a geezer.
