Water Leak in Aft Cabin 1999 26 Martinique

I have a leak in the aft cabin that every time it rains the entire back of the cabin is soaked. I have taken everything apart to try to see where the leak is coming from but still can't find it. My only guess is the rub rail but i don't think the amount of water getting in could come from that. I just don't know where to check next. Any suggestions?

Where about in the aft cabin? I had a leak in my cabin, the rub rail was leaking and my port side storage compartment was getting wet. I also had a leak from the windshield, removed it and rebedded with 3M 4200. Did the sealing this summer and all is dry.
