I have an older Johnson (75?) with 3 cylinder. 2 seasons ago I determined that the exhaust manifold gaskets were shot. Water was getting into the bottom cylinder. Replaced them, and all last summer the motor ran beautifully. All 3 cyl were working fine, and compression was great. Today I fired it up with the mufflers on and it started fine, ran fine, and water came out of the pee hole and the exhaust exactly like it is supposded to. However, I noticed some water comming out of the cover, just below the manifold. I looked a little closer and noticed a steady stream of water comming out of the bottom of the manifold. I tightened up the bolts a little. Still came out. The manifold and the head stayed cool. There was no water in any of the cylinders. I dont really want to rip it all apart again. What would you do?
