Any tips on replacing that hose? Thing looks buried deep, Crowsfoot? What size is the nut on the hose?

Those pictures are useless. They show nothing recognizable. Rust, in it's self doesn't cause leaks.

Tips? What ever it takes. Many times it means making a tool to do the job at hand.
I have a lot of tools that have only been used once.

No...they are very useful to me, personally I cant see under the bilge up at the moter (even with a mirror). That rusty hose looking thing in the upper, center and lower left hand corner is the lower shift hose. The Grey thing is the exhaust pipe going to the transom, you can see a leak pattern good on one pic, and others of the hose itself having droplets coming off it. I do improvise my tool arsenal at any means. Any more tips?

Ayuh,.....

Your pictures ALL show where the water is Going,......
Not where it's Coming From.......

Where is the Highest Point of the Rust Tracks,..??..??

Water usually falls Downhill,.....
Your Leak is usually very Close to the Highest point you see the Rust Tracks.....

I really want to know if I can remove the exhaust pipe going to the transom, are the 4 bolts accessible with the engine in? I think I can repair/pin point the leak with the exhaust removed.

Depends on the access. The boat is right there in front of you, just put a wrench on each of the 4 bolts, if you can't, then your question is answered.
