This is a 1975 70hp 3 cylinder merc motor that runs like a champ except for this minor water leak on the left side of the motor on the bottom side of the plate where the timing adjustments are. I notice that there is a gasket there with sealant, maybe its gone bad and needs to be resealed. Am I gonna need a new gasket set?<br /> I also notice a small amount of water blowing out of the exaust, is this normal? Water pump is pumpimg like new, and stays cool while running.
