I changed the impeller on my 115 omc and put it all back together. I had the tubes lined up good when I put it back together. When I pot the muffs on and started her up, it leaks water between the lower unit and upper housing. I checked the water pressure at the head and it was great. Is this leaking ok or, did I pinch a seal putting some thing back together?

Nah, that's pretty normal. Once the paint breaks around the seam between surfaces, leaks appear.

Yup my '71 100HP rude did the same thing. I asked around and most folks in my neck of the woods said it was pretty normal.

You were supposed to put some sealer in that joint, but since you didn't don't worry about it. That is just water that has gone through the system and done it's job. If it didn't leak out there it was going to go out the exhaust discharge anyway.

The sealer is just so people don't look at it and freak out.
