Water leaking between where jet pump flange bolts on to motor tail shaft.

When engine is running there is a considerable amount of water spraying from the flange where to the two pieces bolt together. I assume I have a leaking seal but top or bottom of bearing case?

More than likely it is normal.------Any pictures of these leaks ?

I'll get some photos shortly. doesn't seem normal when its coming out between the flange where the pump unit bolts to the motor
