water leaking from bellows when testing in barrel

AQ125 A with a 270 outdrive.
While running in a bucket, there was some hot water dripping from the lower bellows. Is this a serious problem? I also hear an exhaust leak somewhere. Does the exhaust flow thru the lower bellows? If so I bet thats the source of the water and the sound.
Upper bellows is new, but the lower one had some age.
Ive got to go look at the 270 manual!

Yes the lower bellows is the exhaust bellow.
No, wont cause a problem. Except for some exhaust noise.
Yes on the water and sound.
