In another thread there was talk about low water levels, and Lake Huron being low realy surprised me.
I'm on the French River, fed from Lake Nipissing and dumps in the Georgian Bay.
We had a verry soggy fall this year which realy brought the water levels way up!
Right now Lake Nipissing, Lake Wanapitae and other smaller lakes around here are at pretty normal levels for the time of year and so are the rivers that conect them to the Georgian bay.
That wasn't the case this fall.
This is what my dock looks like...
in the spring.
in August.
