Water Pressure Gauge Parts Missing

I found a deal on a water pressure gauge, OMC #173660, But a couple of parts are missing. The instructions are calling for a restrictor to be installed and I cannot find that part. Can anyone tell what the OD and ID are on this and is it a nessasory part? The tee is missing also but I should be able to get that no problem.

I talked with my local OMC dealer and he said that I don't need the restrictor.Thanks anyway.
