I have a 1978 140hp merc had no water from telltale replaced water pump had pressure ran engine for 1/2 hour then signs of milk in exhaust so i removed side plate from power head no sighns of cracks in block or water plates replaced all gaskets ran engine no more milk but water pressure is low any ideas
