I have a 97 Johnson 150 FastStrike, what should my water PSI guage read at idle and at WOT?

There is no set number, it will vary depending on accuracy of gauge and condition of water pump.
But generally, 3-6 at idle, and 12-18 at wot would be good numbers.

Best to make note of the numbers just after replacing the impeller, and use that as a "norm".
