water pulsates from pee hole

I have a new 2003 merc 2 stroke 90 hp. From day one the water coming from the pee hole pulsates like a shower head!!! It's not a slow but a fast pulsation! It only does it up to 1000 rpm Is this normal

I have a 03 125hp merc that on occasion does the same thing. I noticed it just the other day, does make a funny sound on the water doesn't it. Sounds like it's normal from the posts or atleast not life threatening, I haven't experenced any problems yet.<br /><br />SingleShot
