water pump for 93 Johnson 115

Hello to everyone. I have a 93 Johnson 115 (TJ115TLETS) that I am going to replace the water pump on. I received a Sierra kit from iboats and I found an extra part that the original pump doesn't have. It's a smaller version of the white plastic impeller drive key and it's black. Some pumps fit different models and use different keys. Discard it and don't worry....

I almost forgot, I also replaced the thermostats. I don't want to do that again any time soon. I've read the posts that it could be done but it was a chore. They were right but I got it all back together and no leaks.<br /><br />Bill
