Water pump kit #

Hi,
I was asked to help replace a water pump on a 92 Mercury 3hp.
I'm having trouble finding a part# for the kit. The serial number is
A895651.

Thats because there is ni kit you must buy the impeller #47952892 and the pump housing and plate seperately becaule they are also the lower unit and water pump covers and available in black or silver.

Thanks for the quick answer.
I have changed impellers on older Johnsons but never on a Mercury.
He is bringing the motor over to me tomorrow night so we can have a look at it.
It has been used a little by his father but mostly has spent it's life in the shed.
Time for a little TLC.

The impeller on the 3HP is on the prop shaft ahead of the prop.
