Nothing special. Disconnect the shift rod and cam rod (the lower ss roll pin), unbolt the LU, and drop it down. then you unbolt the 4 bolts that retain the upper pump housing. If you change the impeller, I highly recommend doing the complete wp kit, available from any dealer, including me. That way, you get a new ss guide plate and the ss cup (and new gaskets) as well. The pump will work better and last longer if you do the complete kit.
