Sunday I changed out my impeller on '95 Johnson 130.Still water only dribbles out of peehole.When I disconnect the small tube from block to "aspirator pump"(?) it shoots out like crazy,but when i reconnect this tube to the "pump",it just dribbles.This is only with earmuffs applied.Is the "pump" supposed to be this restrictive & are there thermostats on this motor?Any help is greatly appreciated.
