I am working on a 1956 big twin 30 hp unit. It started after one pull but the water pump doesn't look like it is working. I took apart the lower unit and looked at the water pump and impeller. Both look like they are in great shape. I don't see any kinks in the water line going up the shaft. Any ideas of where to look next?
