water pump related

after replacing the water pump/impeller/t/stat(yard wrench)<br />my water presure gauge needle fell below what i thought was ZERO...not registering anything,was there a sending unit that was not hooked up <br />when putting it back together?<br /><br />its pissing like a champ...

Plugger<br />Whatcha workin' on? Year,model of motor<br />What kinda pressure gage ya got and where is it tied in?

Hello from Jamaica Bay. N.Y.<br /><br />1999 JOHNSON 115 2/STROKE,this work was preventine mait. the other gauges in he cluster are working,again its pissing fine

You can tie in a manual gauge where the sending unit is for the pressure transducer. Check and clean the wiring for the gauge in the dash. Verify the resistance difference in the tranducer with the motor off and with it running to verify the transducer is functional. Hurry, the stripers are running big now!!<br />Good luck
