Hello All
1991 Sea Nymph 3.0 OMC Cobra outdrive.
I replaced the water pump impeller, housing, back plate and gaskets this morning but when I run the motor I see water fluctuations coming out the exhaust. Was steady before I replaced it but now it almost seems like it can't prime?
With the hose on and engine running I see water flowing put the bottom (water exhaust) then it stops, then it starts again over and over like it's surging. I also noticed that the ear muffs puke out water from the sides until the motor starts sacking water again.
I'm confused....Any help is greatly appreciated.
