Water seepinginto Cuddy..........

So bought a used Trophy 2002 and am thinking I bought a real "winner".
While washing down the decks I am getting water seeping into the cuddy (See picture).
I am wondering if the (what seem like) smaal cracks near the chair could be the issue and if it was easily fixable.

I am a total newbie and am starting to regret buying this boat.......Thanks for the help!

looks like a good source for a leak to me. thats a lot of digging out repairing to do . but a fairly east repair to do.

Gluvit Epoxy Waterproof Sealer
for sealing cracks/leaky decks?
