Re: waterproof seat covers

The only thing I can suggest is to get a cover for the whole boat with a center pole to allow the snow and rain to be shunted off. This will also keep the sunlight and weather from discoloring the seats or carpet. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

any help is better than no help. i thought about the cover, but its an all aluminum hull. very low maint. it a smokercraft thats army green is what i would call it. no wood or carpet. but maybe some folks do put a cover on this style boat im not sure.

Okay now I have a clearer picture of the type of boat. Are the seats removeable? If not then I would just cover it and save the worry. Also it keeps the electronics from unnecessary exposure to the elements, even though they are designed for use on the water a little care never hurts.
