Has anyone used this method to waterproof wood. www.hares.net/boat/waterproofing.htm What he says is to use resin and thin it with Acetone starting with a ratio of 1 part resin to 4 or 5 parts Acetone. Letting it cure. Then reducing the ratio to 1 part resin to 3 parts Acetone and so on until the wood will not soak up anymore. Has anyone here used this method? Either way I think I'm going to a test sample and see what happens.
