Webber 4bbl jet sizes

Just put a rebuild kit in my Webber 4bbl carb. Looks like this is the first rebuild. All the bolts were still painted over. I knew to keep the primary and secondary jets separate since they're different sizes but I was really surprised to see that one primary was bigger than the other and the same for the secondary. So, is this correct? Needles are the same so just seemed odd.

Certain motor and intakes did have different size jets for port and starboard. Most had to do with the type of intake. Here is a service bulletin
