Weber carb on 4.3

I was told by dealer that it was very hard to get weber carbs to run properly. Does any one know if that's true. Do a lot of you guys replace them with holley or other brands. Please any input. Mine is a 4 b on a 4.3 mercruiser

nothing wrong with a Weber ,biggest thing is to run a fuel sep filter to keep everything clean.

I do have a fuel sep. But my problem is I have done all the test on this site and last year I brought my boat to a dealer and he told me thst ever thing checked okay but the weber carbs were junk. I bought a rebuilt one from I think it called flying fish carburators and I still have the same problem lack of power at take off. What rpm are you guys turning on top end.
