My NY Giants had the good fortune to have another "bye week" playing with the Raiders this week after KC and the Bucs. We were up 28-0 after one quarter and never looked back. Hoping Eli heals up well (pun intended)! Looking forward to a big game next week in the land of Who dats!

Just came home from the game so I'm not sure how the rest of the NFL made out this week.

What did your team do in week 5?

Go Giants again. They are really looking good so far even though the opposition has been sadly lacking the last couple of weeks.

Lions lost.........I thought you may be shocked !!!

Steelers win again, Raven lose again. Tied for second in the division. Good weekend! The Bengals are the division leaders and the Browns actually won a game, but as I keep telling skargo, the season has 16 games. There is time for it all to work out as it should.

Re: Week 5 of the NFL

Somebody please takes the spot light, the NFL keeps putting us in primetime. We, in Indy, are tired of staying up late to watch the game til the end. :D

On a side note, did anybody noticed Bill Bilicheat actually wore a jacket? I guess he figured his lucky hoody wasn't working anymore so he switched up. He's going to need to find another jacket cause that one ain't working so well. :D The Broncos throw back uniform is about as ugly as they can get.

I think we have uncovered Gold, Mendenhall has got my vote for the starting position, Parker hurt (Turf Toe) will no longer upset me with his dives into a piles. If we can keep the winning score away from J. Reed, the kicker, we will be ok this year. Ah, play-offs will be here soon!

Pat's just do not have it this year. With Brady over throwing or under throwing the receivers just is not going to win games. With the score 17-3 at the half Pat's favor against the Bronco's, they couldn't score in the second half. The defense and offense needs improvement and now with Matt Light out on offense look for the Pat's to do no better then a possible ten win team.

0 and 5 baby!!! Another long weekend. . . My, how removed are we from winning the Super Bowl only seven short years ago? We only have one player on the team that was around for that win. It is gonna be a long year for the Bucs fans, we will have our first blackout in 13 or 14 years this Sunday (most likely). There are just too many problems to know where to start, very bad season.
