Hi everyone,
I'm from Tahiti and I'm doing this search for my brother who just bought an 2006 150hp EPA standard Evinrude 6FICHT ram injection.

He needs the weight of this outboard engine to fullfill papers for maritime affairs 'cause he's a professional and he needs it.

He got none of the engine manuals (islanders !!@?x!!!). If someone knows where I can get this information, hopefully through official sites (wher I found nothing)

Need some help - Thank you

Although I can't answer your questions I can offer up this just incase you didn't know. If your brother hasn't taken delivery of the motor yet, can he return it?

FICHT's where a horriblely designed, terrible tempermental fuel injection system, And very expensive to repair when they fail.

A 2006 FICHT should have already had the bugs worked out of it. The older ones are no problem anymore, because they all exploded already.

The books (owners manual and service manual) are here:
http://shop2.evinrude.com

Navigate to your engine model and look under "Literature"

Go to www.nada.com, look under the boats/outboard motor section, look up the engine by model number (we don't have it), and the dry weight is listed.
