Weight of boat and trailer

Hi,
I have a 19' V-hull Picton Royale made from fibreglass construction. It has a 4.3 Mercruiser and an alpha one stern drive. It all sits on a 5.5 twin axle rollercoaster trailer. Can anyone tell me the approx. weight of the complete set up because I am looking for a new vehicle for towing it and need to know the weight.

Getting an approximation generally results in "underestimating". Go to a public scale (a truck stop or your local land fill) and have the rig weighed. Be sure to include a full tank of fuel and the gear you will have in the boat when being towed.
