Actually the boat came from the factory with a 90 h.p. unit. Just find it hard to imagine that someone threw a 225 on it. Must be on a suicide mission or something. Your boat weighs in at 1490 - with the motor.
Anyhow with that 100 you should be running a good and decent 45 to 50 mph. But be forewarned - with that big ole' POS 225 on the back you might want to look for transom cracks.
Personally, it's a lot of work to swap those two motors out. Sell it to some speedster and get something a little more stock.
