Went with bigger motor. Do i need to modify outdrive?

I changed from a chevy 305 to a 350 in my 1977 24' sea ray for a bit more power. Will I need to change anything in the lower unit outdrive? The prop I know but any gearing?
Please forgive me for double posting. My internet connection kicked me off befor my first post was complete I thought so I tried again only to find that the first post went through. Now how do I delete this one?
