any idea the spark plug and fuel ratio is for this motor?, do any online parts list or manuals exist?

Champion HJ10 plug gapped at .030, use a 16:1 or 24:1 fuel ratio with TCW-3 oil, acmeoutboards.com has a West Bend service manual.
