If its a West Bend it is a 65 or older.Became chrysler in 66. Illustrations are similar to West Bend for 3.5 and 3.6 Chryslers to 78.Very common motors. Ebay,Craigs list or

I just recently completed a powerhead replacement and rehab on a '70 Chrysler 3.6 HP version. I was well past 'pleasantly surprised' by what a friendly little motor it has proven to be when once more running as it should.

Sorry---can't help you with those parts. Had to replace the steel gastank on mine too---they seem to be a weak link. Sounds like you need to find a complete parts motor.
Hey, I have a complete lower end (westbend model 3502 made in Barrie ONT)
but I just yesterday attached a ryobi weedeater motor to it. actually works quite well.
