Get stuff from them rarely and mostly because there have been no stores close to me ever. A few years ago ordered 200ft of Sampson double braid 5/8 anchor line. Order came in and there were 2 rolls of 200ft. Called them and the guy said keep it, and it's still on the shelf all wrapped up
I had a similar situation. Ordered 100' of 3/8 reinforced industrial type hose from an industrial supply house in a major city. Received 100' of 3/4" industrial air compressor output hose. Contacted them and got the same response. On my end I was out the $$$ and had no useable hose.

I hardly ever shopped in WM since I retired. When I was working there was one near work, for lunchtime shopping. Now, I order from Amazon and others, unless I need to "touch" the item first to see if it works. They also used to have good in-store sales on fishing gear. That seemed to have stopped recently.

The one item I really liked from WM was the WM PCA Gold A-F paint. It was made by Pettit, and worked real well as it had PTFE anti-slime technology.

It was discontinued, but I got the last gallon on close-out. Pettit replaced it with a new formula under the name Odyssey. I guess we will see how that products works, in the future.
Is the PCA premium not still the same paint? I used the gold forever on the 330 and it actually did an admirable job up here considering the growth we get on the barnegate. I also used the bluewater copper shield 45 for a bit too. You had to mix in the slime coat separately but it worked just as well. Tried micron and the like too but for the peice the west, which can be had for $130 at the spring sale, performs 95% as well at over half the price...

West also does price match Amazon. If I need it in a pinch and they have it I do it. But I typically shop at my marina or baywood as they almost always have it in stock cheaper. Marinemax if I'm desperate.

I bought the shift cables for my little boat from WM in 2021. Other than that, I don’t know when or if I actually walked in that store before that day. They simply had what I needed in stock

There is one 40 miles from me. Been there a few times to pick up items that I needed right away. They seemed to be stocked fairly well, and had a big shelving unit loaded with orders waiting for ups/ fedx to pick up. Due to its location I imagine it’ll be one that gets closed.

I do not think the PCA Premium has the anti-slime ingredient. I also tried Micron which did not work as well.
