I won't bore you with the details, but suffice to say our Monterey bimini, its associated aluminum support bows and its boot - all made by Taylor -Made, had a very rough ride home on Wednesday night. We have had the bimini sewn up so it looks great but the boot is becoming a real pain ITA to locate online. Wondering if anyone on the forum knows if a Westland sunbrella (also Taylor's fabric of choice) will fit our 73-78 Taylor-Made Bimini???? I just need the boot !!!!! But I understand that just selecting a color and forking out the credit card, does not guarantee the boot will fit the aluminum bows used in the bimini. Little detail we didn't know about till 15 minutes ago ! I gather all bimini manufacturers "bend" their bows differently !!! Who knew???? They didn't teach us that in boat school !! Help, somebody?

Try to locate a trim shop and see if they will custom make you one.

First I would check iboats. I've found some pretty good deals here which is how I found the forum.

I had a similar issue with my Cobalt. "Custom" Taylormade covers and bimini for Cobalt, complete with the Cobalt "C" on the snaps. Anyway, the boot was shot. Found a new one on Overton's for about $60. It fits pretty well...not perfect, but good enough.
