i have a 1980 mercury black max 200hp which i recently installed new head gaskets on and cleaned all the carbon residue off the heads. i replaced all 6 coils too. after took it to the lake once and let it idle on the muffs, i took the heads back off just to see and the port bank of heads look clean and good but the starboard bank of heads were wet with oil and the top two have carbon deposits already. the idle is a little rough too i notice and the motor shakes a little while idling. is this a switchbox going bad? or timing off? any ideas...thanks
