Vro pump is putting out way too much oil smokes and wont run.
Thick oil comming out of drain on carb bowls.
Is it ok to premix 50:1 and disconnect oil hose and alarm?

New VRO is $300-400. Just had identical problem myself. Disconnected oil side and just am using fuel side with 50:1, but I am out of time here in Michigan as the weather's getting cold. Have to put it away for now and over the winter I plan to convert to a regular fuel pump and do away with the VRO totally. Search on here there are a lot of threads on it and in a days time you'll be an expert on it.
