What are adjustable OB engine brackets called?

I need to lower my Merc outboard and need to find a bracket I can adjust. I have seen them but don't know where to get one.
Also where do I get a steering wheel that has a 3' or so rise to it?

Thanks for the link. I need a 3" rise on my steering wheel. I just put a teleflex system on and the steering wheel have very little clearance. If I could find a wheel with a rise it would work fine.

Check some of the marine salvage companies in FL. They should be able to help you... I do not have any names fight now, but I have found several with google in the past...
