What are the disadvantages of leaving the bottom of an alum hull unpainted?

Title speaks for itself. I'm thinking of stripping mine and leaving it unpainted. All rivets and seams will be sealed from the inside.........

No problem at all, many are bare aluminum.

If I had it to do over again (which I really wish I did) I'd leave the bottom bare. My boat is currently trying to get itself that way anyway :facepalm:
