Re: What are the sings of a seize up
And tell us what the spark plugs look like; and if any are different from the rest, which hole they came out of. Look at the color of the ceramic and insulator, electrodes, any carbon build-up, silver-colored flecks, broken parts, has the gap got wider or closer, etc.
Checking the cylinder head temps might also relieve some of your anxiety...use an IR temp gun, or thermomelt sticks - 125º should melt when the thermostats open; 163º should not melt at all. Take it out & run full throttle for a few minutes then test the temp.
Test your overtemp warning horn...it should sound when the tan wire is grounded. Cylinder head covers have to be pulled if you want to test the sensors...but probably not worth it if the above tests show normal op temp.
If the compression, operating temps and spark plugs are all good, you can relax.
Maybe replace the water pump impeller just to be safe. and do a decarb.
