What are the torque tightening specs for a '93 4.3L

Can anyone tell me what the torque tightening specs are on the intake manifold for a 4.3l Mercruiser? Can you also tell me the tightening sequence?

How about the torque specs for the thermostat housing?

Next question.. ANy sugesstions on how to pry intake off? It looks like it has NEVER been removed before so it is really tight.
