What are these?

I was looking at my trim sender and noticed this little pitcock-looking thing, there is one on the other side and one at the top of the outdrive housing also.

They are plastic, it seems like maybe a grease fitting but not so sure.

Yup. Looks like a cover over the grease fittings for the lower unit. That or blinker fluid cap....
