what are theses yellow spots on my boat

I have theses yellow spots poppin up on my boat in a couple places not sure what it from. There on spots where its hard to wax , like the bottom of the boat that piece on the front as you can see in the back alot on the back and worse by the speedo lever in the back. What could this be? A magic eraser takes it off but it takes alot of rubbing

that dam water lol. Any Idea on how to avoid theses comming back? Guessing just wax the sh*t out of thoses areas?

Just because the discolouration is right around the area that the bow roller touches and anytime you would have touched the bow with the roller, paint may have peeled of ????

I think it was waxed in the easy areas. The discoloration is affecting the un waxed portions. Thats why the bow roller and underneath are where the coloration is appearing.

Hard to see it but kind of looks like a repair. Is it all over the hull?

Rotting buddy its in the fiber glass like i said and goes away with a mr. magic eraser and alot of scrubing.
