I'm getting ready to put the case back together on my XR4 rebuild. I'm referring to the second half of the crank case. The part with the main bearing caps. The manual says to use loctite master gasket #203. Havent looked for that but figured I'd ask if its the best stuff to use or if theres something better. I did notice that there did not appear to be anything other than the cork gasket when I took it apart. Is that odd?
