Don't you have some English homework you should be doing instead of messing around on forums?

Re: what boat would be perfect?

hey this is my boat and a 1982 50hp merc.....and yes it will tow a tube with me on it .....all 235 pds of me with 4 people in the boat ......and it will tow a skier on 2 skis...haven't tried slalom yet. If it looks familiar it is because it is the same type Valiant you started with and it does over 30mph with 2 adults aboard. ..it`s a fantastic boat and I even had it out on the Atlantic Ocean near my hometown and handles well in up to 4ft whitecaps if you take your time and use the throttle to ride the wake carefully.....too bad you couldn`t have completed your restoration properly and you would have had a wonderful, safe, fun boat.

here is a link to my first trial of the boat after I bought it...

I think a deep V(or semiV) 15ft-17ft ALUMINUM boat is your ticket.
a. no rot--no rotten transom or stringers
b. light weight--50hp can push it on plane, easy tow,
c. last forever--just basic carpentry skills & tools to rebuild seats.ect
d. can find old used one to fix up cheap.

25 launch.jpg this could be my perfect boat.

What?!?!?! No more sbl? I was actually starting to like the kid, reminded me of myself at a younger age where fun was all i was concered about. I remember being told it wouldnt work or happen and would spend days trying to prove them wrong. My dad and grandfather "rest thier souls" would do what ever they could to help me do it too. As long as it was safe. Good luck sbl hope you find what you are searching for in the future.
