Really hard to say. That style was very popular in the late 50's and 60's. I still have my dad's 1965 that looks almost just like it. Cherokee made them,Lund I believe, Starcraft and a bunch of others....

This is a '53 Lonestar 12Foot "Sportster"...My namesake (or 'handlesake')..

There are many simularities. I would say it's a Lonestar, Glastron or Mastercraft. The other two bought part of the Texas-basaed company, Lonestar, which sold in the Early 60's.
But trent is correct, that's the style which was prevalant in the 50's - late 60's. Tried and true design...If it aint broke,----

Looks vary similar to my 1963 14' Starcraft, the reason I say this is the sides are stamped to look like like wood from a distance. The transom does not look the same, mine has three support legs, instead of the one in the center.
Hope this helps. Mine is a great old boat and vary stable.
Ray

Is there a hull i.d number on the back, sometimes the first 3 letters will inticate the manufacture, The boat in question looks like a Crestliner 70's vintage.. see plenty of them up here they also had the lapstake look on the sides, but it was not to make it look like a wood boat, it was to put some strength in the upper gunwale's and to prevent the sides from panting, while still being able to make the boat light.
